EDUCATION AT CALVARY CHAPEL NEWPORT NEWS
We believe that education is our niche in the Body of Christ, and to that end, we offer spiritual and educational opportunities for everyone in keeping with our mission of teaching the Good News of Jesus Christ to the lost and the found by Reaching Up, In, Reach Around, and Out.
SERVICES
During our Sunday morning and Wednesday night services, we teach the Word of God, verse-by-verse, chapter-by-chapter, and book-by-book, to every age group.
- Adults (18 yrs and older) can worship and hear God’s Word in our East Auditorium or our Video Auditorium which offers café-style seating, wireless internet connectivity, and a menu of beverage and snack items from which to choose.
- Youth enjoy age-appropriate lessons in Calvary Kingdom (for infants-5th Graders) and Ignite (for 6th-12th Graders), where experienced and loving teachers understand how to instill the Word of God on each child’s level of understanding.
We also offer other educational opportunities through CALVARY CONNECTIONS, SMALL GROUPS, and our CALVARY BIBLE INSTITUTE .
ABOUT CALVARY CONNECTIONS
Calvary Connections is an informative and interactive class designed for those who are new to Calvary Chapel Newport News and have decided to make CCNN their church home. At Calvary Connections, you will:
- Learn about he history of CCNN
- Learn about CCNN’s mission and and the vision God has given Pastor Tony
- Learn about CCNN’s discipleship process
- Identify your spiritual gifts
- Have an opportunity to “Get Connected” by getting plugged into ministry
- Meet Pastor Tony and the pastoral and administrative staff of CCNN
